Ultimate Job Tracker helps job seekers organize applications, import job-related Gmail messages, and prepare research notes for each role in one private dashboard.

What the app does

The app turns job application, interview, assessment, offer, and rejection emails into structured application records with company, role, status, and applied date fields.

How Gmail is used

If the user starts Gmail Sync, Gmail access is used only to search for job-search messages selected by that user and import matching message metadata and snippets into the user's job tracker.

How user data is protected

Each user has a private account. The app does not send emails, sell user data, or share Gmail content with other users. Users can delete imported applications from their tracker.
