What We Collect

Ultimate Job Tracker stores your Google account email, display name, job applications, imported Gmail message identifiers, email subjects, snippets, application statuses, and research notes created in the app.

How Gmail Access Is Used

Gmail read-only access is used only to search your mailbox for job application-related messages, import likely application updates into your tracker, and remember which messages were already imported, skipped, or ignored.

What We Do Not Do

The app does not send emails, modify your Gmail mailbox, delete Gmail messages, sell your data, or use Gmail data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google OAuth and Gmail APIs for sign-in and Gmail sync. If configured, it may use an LLM provider such as Hugging Face, Gemini, or OpenAI to generate research notes from application context.
